CAMPER REGISTRATION BEGINS THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 28 AT 8PM EASTERN
General registration information
Registration is available for campers age 8-17 as of August 17, 2026.
Village Up North is from Monday, August 17 to Saturday, August 22, 2026.
Tuition is $500 per camper. A $50, non-refundable deposit is required to secure a spot. Full tuition payments are due June 15, 2026. Tuition is non-refundable after June 15th, 2026.
Medical information forms are due July 15, 2026.
How to register using the new UltraCamp program
Step 1: Create your family UltraCamp Account
First time family registration
If your child did NOT attend Village Up North in 2025, you’ll create a new UltraCamp account:
- Visit the UltraCamp registration page here: ***
- Click on “NEW USER”
- Follow the prompts on-screen to create your family account
- Once your account is created, you’ll be guided through the registration process if registration is open
Returning family registration
If your child attended Village Up North in 2025, please follow the directions below to reset your username and/or password to access your family’s profile.
- Visit the UltraCamp registration page here:
- Click “Forgot your login information?” under the new user button
- Choose to reset your username or reset your password as needed\
Step 2: Prepare UltraCamp information prior to registration

Step 3: Log in to UltraCamp to register your camper

If your camper has asthma, allergies, seizures or diabetes, please fill out the appropriate form below and present it to the Camp Health Officer at check-in.
